Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and has been preparing personal income tax returns at Scranton Financial Group since 2014. Karen is a business school graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a major in Accounting. She began her career in public accounting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Her experience also includes ten years at Aetna. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Karen is married, has three children, a German Shepherd, and lives in Ellington. She enjoys golfing and has coached a variety of youth sports. She is a member of GreatHorse Country Club and is the Vice President and Treasurer of Ellington Girls Softball Little League.
